3 tips for a harmonious Kapha season


According to Ayurveda, a person is healthy when all three of his doshas are in balance, when all five sense organs are functioning normally, when the body, mind and spirit are in harmony. Bringing the doshas back into balance is the most important aspect of Ayurvedic treatment.

The human body contains five elements - air, ether, fire, water and earth - which are grouped into three energy states called to give, and a key aspect of Ayurveda is decoding the doshas.
