ORDERING

Do I need to register as a user to place an order?

No need to register. You can order products both as a guest and as a registered user. But if you still want to place orders in our e-shop, then we recommend that you create your account. A user account offers you the opportunity to view your purchase history, as well as see and change your contact information. For registered users, placing an order is easier and faster thanks to pre-filled address fields.

Can I change my order if I have already paid for it?

In case you notice an error in the order, then you can make changes to the order immediately after making it. To make changes to your order, call ayuraskin.com customer service by phone +371 29919 525 or write to santa@ayuraskin.com.

How fast will the ordered products reach me?

When ordering from the ayuraskin.com online store, you are offered 2 options for receiving the order:

1. Parcel - Free

If the order is placed on a business day before 15:00, then it will arrive at the parcel terminal on the same working day.

2. Courier delivery to your home - 3.95 €

If the order is placed on a business day before 10:00, then you will receive it the next working day and delivery is to your door.

PAYMENT

What are the payment options?

Payments for orders in the ayuraskin.com online store can be made with: Swedbank, SEB bank, Nordea bank, Citadele bank, PayPal and credit card.

RETURN OF GOODS

Can purchased goods be returned?

Yes of course! Purchased goods have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

When I return the product, who will get back the amount paid for the product?

ayuraskin.com customers will be refunded within 5 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.

Are all products returnable?

No. Cosmetics and perfumery in unopened packaging are non-returnable. Also, there are no returnable goods, the use (or non-use) of which cannot be verified. 

DISCOUNTS

What discounts are available in the online store?

Both promotions and special discount codes are valid in the ayuraskin.com online store.

How to use a discount code?

To use the discount code, enter your unique code in the "Discount code" field of the shopping cart and press the "Use" button.

The concept of natural beauty cannot be described or regulated by law. That is why buyers, manufacturers and sellers create their own explanation of the term. The green leaf symbol in the ayuraskin.com online store means that at least 95% of the ingredients in the product are organic and naturally occurring. This way you can be sure that most of these products were made with human health and nature in mind.
