Use
Warm therapy: Place the pillow in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Or in 10 second increments until it is warm to the touch. Perform a touch test before applying to the eyes or skin.
Cold therapy: Put the pillow in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Do not leave on the eyes for more than 10 minutes at a time. Make sure the pillow is at room temperature before placing it in the microwave.
